This policy explains what personal data Quirk Academy collects when you visit our website or enrol your child, why we collect it and what rights you have. We collect as little as possible about children, and we never ask children to create an account or give us their details.

We process personal data in line with Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. Our processing has been declared to the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP) under reference [CNDP receipt number].

Progress in the course: sessions attended, exercises completed and scores, and short notes from the teacher on where your child needs help
For wellbeing courses, we also ask for your child's age group (12 to 14, or 15 to 17). We do not ask about your child's health or mental health, and we ask you not to share it with us.
We do not collect your child's surname, date of birth, photo, school or contact details. Please do not share them with us.

We process this data with your consent, which you give when you enrol, and to carry out our agreement with you. Where the law requires us to keep records, such as invoices, we keep them for that reason.
4. Online sessions
Sessions take place on Google Meet. Your child may appear on camera to the teacher and to the other children in the group during the session. Sessions are never recorded by Quirk Academy, and no one in the group is allowed to record or photograph them.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that help us run Quirk Academy, and only what they need:
Squarespace: website and enrolment forms
Google: online sessions (Meet), exercises and progress records (Forms, Sheets, Looker Studio) and email
Meta (WhatsApp Business): messages with parents
Google Workspace: progress and service emails
Meta and Google advertising tools: website measurement, only with your consent
Our bank: to receive your payment
Our accountant and public authorities: where the law requires it
These providers store data on servers outside Morocco. We transfer data abroad in line with Law 09-08 and with the authorisation of the CNDP where required [authorisation reference].
6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights
Under Law 09-08 you can:
Access the data we hold about you and your child
Correct data that is wrong or incomplete, or ask us to delete it
Object to our use of your data for legitimate reasons, and at any time to marketing messages
Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before
To use these rights, write to contact@quirkacademy.com with your name and your child's nickname. We reply within [30] days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the CNDP at www.cndp.ma.
8. Cookies
Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work. With your consent, we also use measurement cookies from Google and Meta to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. You can accept or refuse them in the cookie banner, and change your choice at any time through [link in the footer].
9. Security
We limit access to your data to the people at Quirk Academy who need it, protect our accounts with strong passwords and two-step verification, and use providers that apply recognised security standards.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change and tell enrolled families by email of any important change.
